Village root to vibrant market
Hello, my name is Chetna Pathak, and I am from the
village of Phawada, Dewas. I have been a part of the Solidaridad organization
for many years, and this association has significantly impacted my life.
One of the most notable opportunities I received
through Solidaridad was the chance to participate in the Soybean Mega Event
held in Indore under the programme Good Farming - Good Food. This event
was a major platform where I was able to set up a stall showcasing products and
initiatives related to soybeans. The experience was not only enlightening but
also financially rewarding.
Having a stall at such a prominent event allowed me to
engage with a broader audience and gain substantial economic benefits. Through
sales and new connections made during the event, I earned an income of Rs.
7,500. The financial success from this event has positively impacted my
livelihood and provided me with new opportunities for growth and development.
I am deeply grateful to Solidaridad for facilitating
this valuable opportunity and for their continued support. The organization’s
efforts have opened doors for me that would have otherwise remained closed. I
sincerely hope that Solidaridad continues to provide such opportunities in the
future, helping others like me to achieve success and make a positive impact in
our communities.
